The problem
This decoration shop has two sales outlets in Wallonia. The till management software used until then and the e-commerce site were not connected to each other. This made it very difficult to manage the company's accounts, which was a source of errors. What's more, the chain had no stock management system, which led to problems managing the supply of goods.

The company's priority was to link its e-commerce to its cash flow in order to facilitate its accounting management and to finally have a global view of the items available. As they wanted to keep their existing e-shop, they needed to find a solution that would allow them to integrate an external e-commerce system into Odoo.

Once e-commerce had been connected to the treasury, it was necessary to opt for an efficient system for managing products in stock and accounting. Implementation had to be rapid to enable the store to operate more efficiently. In two months, Nalios transferred all the shop's activities to Odoo. With stock management, sales management, management of the two shops and purchasing management, as well as a brand new, ultra-complete accounting system, the company was able to get off to a flying start.
And what about today?
The decorating shop can now centralise its stock and manage the replenishment of its two outlets from a single source. Thanks to the new accounting system, the company also has a real-time overview of its figures and saves precious time in its day-to-day administrative and accounting management.
