Nalios' background:
In 2020, Nalios was founded in Namur by Christopher and Benjamin, after several years working at Odoo, the focus shifted to providing services with Odoo as their only tool, for this they became Odoo Partners.
Since its inception, Nalios has grown rapidly, where plans were initially to grow with a first staff member after a year, these plans soon had to be adjusted due to success. The success formula in Nalios' approach with Odoo proved to be so good that after 3 years there are over 30 employees in the company.
A next growth factor was expanding into new locations and markets. First of all, Switzerland: a former colleague was open to a collaboration and this opportunity was grabbed with both hands by Christopher and Benjamin!
Next, Lille (France) was a strategic choice: The opportunities in France for Odoo are such and with a team of well-trained, French-speaking, business analyst, it was quickly set. At the end of 2023, the choice was made with a first office and in 2024 the first employees started.

What does Nalios do?
As a services company, Nalios helps clients (= other companies) to efficiently perform day-to-day tasks, mainly administrative. For example, wholesalers need purchasing, sales and accounting; Nalios supports these companies to make operations run as smoothly as possible. For this, Nalios uses the software "odoo" which we know inside and out. However, the focus is on assisting the customer properly, translating the processes and successfully commissioning the system.
Nalios is a Partner of Odoo, a partner is officially recognised and works closely with the publisher of the software. Of the various levels, Nalios has long held the highest achievable partner status: "Gold Partner"

Since we can also support our clients well remotely, it was a priority to find a location closer to future talent. That the location is nice to go to (yes, we go to the office!) and that it is easily accessible - so no city centre for us!
Leuven is a great city, with lots of talent from various schools. KU Leuven and UCLL annually produce amazing talent who are more than ready for the job market. Moreover, there are many business areas with nice premises, with Nalios choosing a location in "Researchpark Haasrode" in the Business Brewery building in early 2024.
This is ideally accessible from the e40, N25, N3 and Leuven Centre. In other words: Easily accessible from in and around Leuven, Tienen, Brussels, Overijse and even Odoo's headquarters in Louvain la neuve is only half an hour away!

Nalios is already an established name in the Odoo world and mainly very well known for its quality in Wallonia. To boost ambition, Nalios wants to offer high-level Dutch-speaking service to customers in Flanders, Brussels and the Netherlands.
