The issue
A company specialising in the sale of building materials in Wallonia was looking for new management software. The ERP system they had been using until then had become obsolete, the end of the year was approaching and, with it, the end of the financial year. The company could no longer properly manage its accounts or the stocks of the group's various shops, and found itself in a delicate and urgent situation.

A complete project
The company therefore needed a company that could respond quickly to all their needs: implementation of a brand new quotation and counter sales management system, addition of an e-shop, stock and purchasing management system and changes to the accounting software. It was a comprehensive project involving every facet of the customer's business.
Rapid implementation
The company's accounts had to be ready for January and it could not afford to juggle between two different systems at the risk of losing important data. The Nalios teams therefore proposed changing the software completely as quickly as possible to avoid leaving the client without a management system for too long. All the modules were transferred in one go, and implementation took just a month and a half. The entire company now uses Odoo tools and applications.
And what about today?
The company concerned now saves an enormous amount of time. Fewer late payments, faster and more efficient purchasing and stock management, fewer order errors and easier management of the business in general. Thanks to Odoo mobile applications, customers can now manage their business remotely.
